The ranking methodology takes into account the following data points as reported by the U.S. Department of Education, National Center for Education Statistics (NCES): Total Number of Cyber Related Programs Offered (30%), Offer Online Programs (20%), % of online programs (12.5%), Tuition (15%), Student/Teacher Ratio (5%), Retention Rate (2.5%), Graduation Rate (5%), % of Grants Awarded (5%), and Average Student Loans (5%).
